Established since 1994, all our furniture are designed and manufactured in-house at our Moorebank factory. Therefore most of our designs can be customized to meet individual specifications.
Solid hardwood and kiln dried plantation timber are used in the construction of sofa frames, thus providing the best compromise between strength and costs, Complimented with our robust no-sag steel spring or black-cat webbing seat suspension system.
Our commitment to craftsmanship starts right at the initial design. Every process, careful fabric and leather cutting, detailed sewing and feature stitching, cushion filling, right through to the last hand finished detail of upholstery, is scrutinized and retested to make sure it meets our standards.
H & J Furniture proudly offers a 10-year structure guarantee subject to domestic use. This guarantee covers furniture proved to be defective by reason of faulty workmanship or structure, excluding damage due to careless using or unauthorized tampering. This guarantee excludes fabrics. We purchase fabrics from various high quality fabric mills. While these mills do not guarantee their fabrics against wear, fading and shrinkage, we will do our best to liaise with the supplier should the need arise.
